Role

While still serving as the Lead PM of the Empire Cadillac Flagship Showroom project I was brought on board to perform pre-construction, purchasing, and managements services for new interior fit-out work with existing clients.

Responsibilities and Creative Roles included:

• Site visits to review existing conditions against SD and DD drawing sets to assist the Design Team in creating 100% CD sets 

• Drawing and site reviews of new MEPS/Data/BMS for tie-ins into existing systems

• Estimating workstation and office demo, upgrades, and/or new construction. This included overhead/above ceiling MEPS and floor poke-thru logistics requiring coordination with occupied areas.

• ​Bid to and with Trades for preliminary and final pricing

• Research, compile, and create documents used for official bids. This included internal use only documents for my company to evaluate our own costs, staffing needs, and risks.

• Create scopes of work tailored for each situation/Trade and create exhibits to be included with contracts

• Schedule and coordinate work to be performed by Trade Contractors
